WHAT ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Dogs can check in and out by appointment anytime between 9
a.m. and 6 p.m., however, should you need to come between 8
a.m. and 7 p.m., we can accommodate you. Please note that
unlike most boarding facilities, we do not set a strict check
out time of noon. We charge by the night, not the hour.

worry, it doesn’t take long!
Check-In Form is required for each visit.
WHAT ARE YOUR BOARDING REQUIREMENTS?
Owners must provide proof of the following vaccinations:
- Parvo / Distemper (or antibody titer test)
- Rabies
All dogs must be treated with an effective form of flea and tick control.
Please present the above listed forms and documentation at check-in, or e-mail them to us beforehand.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH MY DOG?
Please
bring food and treats for your dog’s entire stay. Make sure
you provide us with an adequate amount by pre-measuring two
meals for every day your dog stays with us. Place it in a food
bag or container (include the scoop you generally use to
measure it) write your dog’s name and feeding instructions.
No need to send beds, blankets or toys for your dog. We provide all the basics. We don’t even need their leashes (we use slip leads) just their collar and food.
WILL YOU GIVE MY DOG HIS/HER MEDICINE?
Yes. We can administer both non-injectable and injectable
medication. Just make sure it is clearly labeled with your
dog’s name, exact dosage and time instructions.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR DAILY RATE?
Everything.
WHAT IF MY SMALL DOG IS UNCOMFORTABLE AROUND LARGER
DOGS?
We offer an exclusive Tiny Dog Dorm with a private yard for
little dogs providing specialized attention for dogs who
prefer mixing with their own size.
IS YOUR FACILITY SECURE?

Ranch staff lives on-site and is available for your dog 24/7.
Our facility, including all doors and gates, all fences and barriers are inspected daily to insure complete safety and security for your dog.
DO YOU OFFER DAY CARE FOR DOGS?
Indigo Ranch Day Camp
provides a full day of fun for your dog!
Drop off dogs in the morning and pick them up, tired and satisfied, in the evening. Dogs play outside all day, inside when it rains. Nap-time, treat time and dog TV time in between fun time!
Day Camp rates are $25 for the entire day, $18 per half day.
Requirements of Rabies, Parvo / Distemper and the use of an effective form of flea and tick control apply.
